BOMEN BUSINESS PARK

 

The City of Wagga Wagga is situated on the Murrumbidgee River and is the regional hub for the Riverina in Southern New South Wales, with a catchment population of around 150,000 persons. The City is the regional focus for major commercial, business and retail centre activities, with many secondary and service industries supporting primary industry. 

Bomen Business Park straddles either side of the railway between Melbourne and Sydney and has excellent access to the State and National road network - including the Olympic Highway and Sturt Highway.  Bomen also enjoys close proximity to Wagga's airport.

Bomen's scale and the amount of land potentially available for development (2,040ha), give Bomen qualities that make it unique for developing as a manufacturing and logistics hub.
