BOMEN STRATEGIC MASTER PLAN


Wagga Wagga City Council commissioned Aurecon and PTW Architects to prepare a master plan for the "Bomen Business Park" which is located on the northern outskirts of Wagga Wagga.

The goal for the Bomen Business Park is that it will be a nationally renowned place for transport and logistics-based enterprises.  It will be integrated with existing industry and meet the requirements of a targeted range of businesses to complement and nurture a more sustainable City of Wagga Wagga and Riverina Region.

The Bomen Business Park straddles either side of the Melbourne and Sydney railway and has excellent access to the State and National road network. It is located within close proximity to Wagga's airport.  The scale and amount of land potentially available for development (some 2,040ha) give Bomen qualities that make it unique, possibly in Australia, for developing as a manufacturing and logistics hub.
