Dr KEITH SUTER - SPOTTED
Dr Keith Suter was spotted wearing his Wagga Wagga tartan tie on channel 7's Sunrise on Tuesday 22 Feburary. Dr Suter was presented with the Wagga Wagga tartan tie as a token of appreciation from Wagga Wagga City Council at the 2010 Wagga Wagga Big Business Breakfast.
Dr Suter will continue his relationship with Wagga Wagga by once again returning, and speaking at Wagga Wagga's third annual Big Business Breakfast.
This year Dr Suter's topic is - Leadership in an Age of Complexity. Dr Suter has witnessed pragmatic changes in leadership styles around the world from the highest political offices, corporate boardrooms and business to business relationships. The workforce globally, is now a highly complex organism, patterns are emerging through immigration, gender balance and generation ‘y' which have collectively coerced changes to traditional leadership thinking and implementation. Dr Suter will suggest that businesses need to alter their leadership styles as turnover and workforce patterns change.
The 2011 Wagga Wagga Big Business Breakfast will be held on Friday 11 March - tickets are now sold out.
