In this workshop participants learn about different types of policies and why they are important for establishing best employment practices. NSW IR will run through step-by-step procedures to develop practical policies for your workplace. We will also discuss tips for successful implementation.

This interactive workshop will assist employers to implement good employment practices to deal with the challenges of keeping staff motivated and performing well. We will also look at managing difficult workplace situations and poor performance.
