TO MARKET, TO MARKET, TO BUY A ...
Armed with banners, brochures and 50 free vouchers for the best coffee in town, we set about promoting and talking about the Evocities campaign. With approximately 2,000 people passing through the stalls, the Farmers Markets were the perfect place to increase awareness of the Evocity Campaign.
During the morning we spoke to visitors, locals, other stall holders and event organisers - the Evocities campaign strikes a note with all age groups. There are parents who would love to have their children and their grandchildren return to the region, young professionals seeking job opportunities with a regional lifestyle to match; university students considering where they will settle once they complete their degree; retirees seeking a relaxing lifestyle and young families looking for an easier way to pay off their mortgage and educate their kids.
Wagga has just had its 200th Evocity enquiry and given the response we had at the Farmers Markets on Saturday it won't be long before it receives the next 200!
